Order Processing

Your order will be processed within 2 business days and be shipped on the next business day. Weekends and holidays do not count as processing or shipping transit days. Tracking information will be emailed to you.  

Cancellations

We are unable to cancel orders. As soon as your order is confirmed, it is  automatically processed for shipment.

Coupon Codes

All coupon codes need to be entered at check out; enter the code and click apply. Remember, codes are case sensitive. Gift Card codes are different and should be entered in the payment section, later in the checkout process.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged by the shipping carrier, please email us (hello@shopluxepour.com) with any photographic evidence and we will help you file a claim.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. At this time, we cannot not offer returns or refunds for any wine essentials. However, we do offer a generous exchange option. 

Exchanges

We have a 5 day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange, you must contact us at hello@shopluxepour.com. Please note that the item will need to be sent to our warehouse address, provided after an approved claim. Return shipping is at your own expense.

Unfortunately, sale/discounted items or gift cards do not qualify for exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item; we want to evaluate the issue and make it right immediately. We perform a quality check on all wine essentials before any order is processed for shipment. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged wine essential, we offer an exchange for the same product. Send us an email at hello@shopluxepour.com explaining the issue with proof of purchase and images of the damaged item, we will handle it from there. Shipping of the replacement product is covered in this instance.
